LaLiga president in one of his interview talked mainly about FC Barcelona.

🎙️| Javier Tebas: “If Barca signs Messi, his salary will be less than what it is at PSG, and his return is conditional on selling players. I think that Barca will get a GOOD AMOUNT from selling players this summer.”

🎙️| Javier Tebas (La Liga President): "Applying the financial Premier League model in La Liga? "Loss-making models cannot exist. If one day a club wants to, they won't count on me as president. I don't want to go to the funeral of Spanish football."

🎙️| Javier Tebas: "The Premier League better than La Liga? I don't remember the last Ballon d'Or who played in the PL. The best players have stayed in Spain... Now I read that the best player in the history wants to return to play in Spain, even with a lower salary."

🎙️| Javier Tebas: "Barcelona's viability plan? We have not given Barça the opportunity to save itself. It's a strategy they have taken."

🎙️| Javier Tebas (La Liga President): "They always see the negative side of La Liga, but 60% of European titles have been won by Spanish clubs."

🎙️| Javier Tebas: "La Liga teams have sold much less this year, that's because our great players are staying here. It seems that you have to spend for the sake of spending..."

🎙️| Javier Tebas: "The Premier League? I would be worried if the investment in players was higher. Real Madrid have not been investing heavily for two years, but they sign correctly. The Ballon d'Or is playing in Spain. And the Golden Boy. And the revelation that is Vinicius."

🎙️| Javier Tebas: "It would be easy for La Liga to compete with the Premier League if we opened up financial control. We would be full of American sponsors and a couple of club-states... They've already come, but they can't do whatever they want here."

🎙️| Javier Tebas (La Liga President): "The Premier League having better TV rights revenues? If we want to get closer to the Premier League on TV, what we have to do is to be more inhabitants in Spain or make the country richer. That is not La Liga's job..."

🎙️| Javier Tebas (La Liga President): "Chelsea have gone on a transfer party, but I don't think the others are going to continue that party this summer."

🎙️| Javier Tebas: "I am not worried about Mateu Alemany leaving Barcelona and Spanish football, nobody is indispensable in the projects."
