Xavi wins his first La Liga

Xavi has won the league in his first full season, and I don't think people realise how crazy that it. For a coach who came from Qatar, was doubted, thrown under the bus and even had #XaviOut chants at some point. Xavi has shut the haters up and proven the doubters.

It is scary to think what he would have achieved if we had our complete backline in the decisive phases of the UEFA Champions league . Losing, Kounde, Christensen and Araujo during the international break really put a dent on what would have been an amazing season.

Xavi has also shown his dexterity in identifying and galvanising talent to produce results. Priot to his arrival; Ter Stegen was written off, and Dembele was a foot outside the club, however Xavi kept the faith in them and they have proven him right. It takes a lot of balls to stick your neck out against all odds for players like Ter Stegen and Ousmane Dembele. Not to forget the fact that most of his signings have turned out good. Raphinha has hit double figures for goals and assists, Kounde has been solid, Christensen has been gracious and Lewandowski has been crucial.

Xavi is a young manager with an exciting future. More interested in winning than implementing a certain style of football. Took the club from 9th to 2nd in his first season, and won the Super Cup and League in his first full season.
