FC Barcelona asks supporters to support the women's team as they play Roma at Camp Nou on Spotify.

 The women's first squad shares a video with blaugrana supporters that celebrates "You are Barça" and invites them to the second leg of the Women's Champions League quarterfinal.



The squad led by Jonathan Giráldez is now undefeated in the league with 66 points after 22 victories in 22 games. The Women's Champions League will resume on Tuesday at 21:00 with the quarterfinal first leg against Roma Femminile in Italy. The second leg will take place the following week at home in the Spotify Camp Nou. Using the motto "You are Barça," the Club has created a video to encourage fans to support the team and emphasize their crucial contribution to the cause.

In February, FC Barcelona introduced a campaign called "You are Barça" with a film starring Xavi Hernández in which the first team coach addressed supporters and members throughout the world and emphasized their value to the club on game days. The women's squad will now showcase their own rendition of the video, which also includes Aitana Bonmat, Mapi León, Marta Torrejón, Sandra Paos, and Ingrid Engen. "They've always said that football is 11 against 11, but that's not how it works at FC Barcelona," Some of the phrases used by Barça include "Barça play on the field and in the stands" and "For that reason, we need your support at Spotify Camp Nou because you are Barça."

Barça Ladies break records at Camp Nou on Spotify

Barça Women will compete in a Champions League match at At Camp Nou for the fifth time. The first occurred in March 2022 when 91,553 spectators watched Barça play Real Madrid. Both games broke attendance records for women's football, with the second drawing an even larger audience of 91,648 the following month for the tie against Wolfsburg.

The support has continued this year, with a record-breaking 46,967 supporters cheering for Barça Women during their group stage match in November 2022. 28,720 spectators attended the match against Rosengard in December, which was the second-highest turnout ever for a group stage game.
